The proposed tourist route begins at the Archiepiscopal Cathedral, a symbol of the city of Galați, renowned for its impressive architecture. From here, you will set off on a walk of approximately 31 minutes (2.2 km), taking you through the city center and giving you the opportunity to discover urban landscapes and heritage buildings.
The final destination is the Navigation Palace, an emblematic building located on the banks of the Danube. Here, you can enjoy a remarkable view of the river and some of the most highly rated restaurants in Galați. You may end the route with a delicious meal, tasting traditional fish dishes or other local specialties while enjoying the Danube promenade.
